Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

EU & UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, unless the item was custom-made or personalized specifically for you. As our products are print-on-demand and made to order, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(c)). However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
