Shipping Policy
Processing Time All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be printed, quality checked, and fulfilled before it ships.
Shipping Times (United States) Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
International Shipping International Shipping (including EU) We ship to the United States and select European Union countries. EU orders are fulfilled via our print-on-demand partner and typically ship within 2–7 business days of processing. Estimated delivery to EU destinations is 7–14 business days after fulfillment. Free Shipping applies to all EU orders. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at [exemptfive@gmail.coml]. We'll make it right.
Custom & Print-on-Demand Items Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing errors on the customer's part. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.
